Refined Business Consulting exists to give business owners clarity and control. Too many owners make big decisions on gut feel, or wait a year to find out how they really did. We think that’s unnecessary.

We act as your part-time Finance Director: looking after the numbers, explaining them in plain English, and helping you plan what to do next. Whether you need a monthly management pack, a cash flow forecast, a dashboard, help with VAT or someone senior in the room for a big negotiation, the goal is the same.
