Monthly Management Accounts & Reporting
Your numbers explained in plain English, every month
In plain English
Management accounts are a monthly report showing how your business is really doing: what you sold, what it cost, what profit you made and where your cash is. They differ from year-end statutory accounts, which look backwards and are mainly for HMRC and Companies House. Ours are built to help you make decisions.
What we do
- Produce a clear monthly pack: profit and loss, balance sheet and cash position
- Explain what changed and why in a short written summary
- Compare results to budget and to last year
- Show profit by product, customer, service or site where it helps
- Check your bookkeeping is accurate before we report on it
- Meet monthly to talk through the numbers and agree next steps
Who it’s for
Businesses that only see their numbers once a year, or get figures they do not understand. Also useful if a bank, investor or buyer wants regular reporting.
What you get
A short, visual report you can read in 10 minutes (Excel or Power BI), plus a call to decide what to do next.
Tell us what’s on your mind.
No jargon, no pressure. Book an intro call and we’ll work out what would actually help.
